SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
ECOSMOS ships to supported destinations depending on the product, the fulfilment source, the destination country and the shipping options currently available through Shopify.
SHIPPING AVAILABILITY AND CHARGES
Shipping availability and related charges are calculated based on:
• the products in the cart,
• the delivery destination,
• the relevant fulfilment or shipping profile,
• and the current ECOSMOS shipping and market configuration in Shopify.
The shipping options and charges displayed at checkout are the authoritative source for the specific transaction.
Different products may be served by different fulfilment and shipping profiles. Therefore, shipping availability, charges and delivery terms may vary by product and destination.
The fact that a country appears as an available destination in the store does not necessarily mean that every product can be shipped to that country. Final shipping eligibility is confirmed at checkout.
PROCESSING AND DELIVERY
Processing and transit times may vary depending on:
• the product,
• the supplier or fulfilment location,
• the destination,
• the carrier,
• and any customs or other procedures applicable to the specific shipment.
Where an estimated delivery time is provided at checkout or in communications relating to the specific order, that is the applicable estimate for the transaction.
ECOSMOS will contact the customer if a material issue is identified that affects fulfilment or delivery of the order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, TAXES AND DUTIES
Product prices, taxes, duties and other charges may be treated differently depending on:
• the delivery country,
• the product,
• the applicable Shopify Market configuration,
• and the rules that apply to the specific transaction.
When taxes, duties or other charges are calculated through checkout, the relevant amounts are displayed as part of the transaction before the purchase is completed.
In other cases, import duties, taxes, customs charges or carrier fees may be imposed after shipment by the destination authorities or carrier.
Customers should review the final amounts shown at checkout and any import requirements applicable to their destination before completing an international purchase.
LOCAL DELIVERY AND STORE PICKUP
ECOSMOS does not commit to local delivery or store pickup unless the specific option is explicitly offered for the specific order at checkout.
If such an option is not shown at checkout, the order is not offered with that delivery method.
CHANGES TO SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges may change depending on the product, destination and current store configuration.
For this reason, ECOSMOS does not guarantee a single fixed shipping charge for all orders.
The price displayed at checkout for the specific order is the price applicable to that transaction.
RETURNS
Product returns and refunds are governed by the current ECOSMOS Returns & Refunds Policy and any mandatory consumer rights applicable to the specific transaction.
