TERMS OF USE & SALE
These Terms of Use & Sale govern the use of https://ecosmos.store and purchases from the ECOSMOS online store.
1. STORE OPERATOR
The online store is operated by ECOSMOS.STORE LIMITED, company number 15751311, with registered office at Monomark House, 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, England, WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom.

2. SCOPE
These terms apply to retail consumer transactions through ECOSMOS, unless a different arrangement has lawfully been agreed for a specific transaction.
Commercial, wholesale or other B2B transactions may be governed by separate terms or a specific agreement.
Use of the store and submission of an order require the user to provide accurate and sufficient information for the transaction.
3. PRODUCTS, AVAILABILITY AND INFORMATION
Reasonable efforts are made to ensure that descriptions, images, prices, features and availability information are accurate.
Minor differences in display, particularly colours or materials, may result from the user's device or screen.
Availability may change until the transaction is completed or order fulfilment is confirmed.
If a material error, stock shortage or inability to fulfil occurs, the customer will be informed and the appropriate solution will be applied in accordance with applicable law.
4. PRICES, TAXES AND CHARGES
Prices, taxes, duties, shipping charges and any other charges may vary depending on the product, destination country and the applicable Shopify Market configuration.
The amounts displayed at checkout for the specific transaction constitute the applicable commercial presentation before the purchase is completed.
No charge will be imposed on the customer without disclosure where applicable law requires prior information.
5. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
Submitting an order constitutes a request to purchase the products included in it.
The order is subject to checks concerning availability, payment, transaction information and any lawful restrictions.
ECOSMOS may refuse or cancel an order for an objective and lawful reason, such as an obvious pricing error, lack of stock, inability to ship, payment failure, indication of fraud or legal restriction.
In such a case, the customer will be informed and any amount not due will be refunded in accordance with the applicable process.
6. PAYMENTS
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.
Payment processing may be carried out by Shopify and/or authorised payment providers in accordance with their own terms and security standards.
7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping eligibility, charges and available delivery methods depend on the products in the order, the destination and the current Shopify configuration.
More specific rules are governed by the current ECOSMOS Shipping & Delivery Policy.
8. WITHDRAWAL, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Withdrawal rights, voluntary returns, exceptions, return costs and refunds are governed by the current ECOSMOS Returns & Refunds Policy and by any mandatory consumer right applicable to the specific transaction.
For eligible distance purchases by consumers in the European Union, a statutory 14-day withdrawal period generally applies, subject to applicable exceptions and specific rules.
9. DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS
Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory rights a consumer may have where a product is defective, does not match its description or does not comply with applicable legal requirements.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Website content, to the extent owned by ECOSMOS or lawfully used by it, is protected by applicable intellectual and industrial property law.
Unauthorised reproduction, commercial exploitation or distribution of protected content is not permitted.
11. PROHIBITED USE
The website must not be used for unlawful activities, fraud, infringement of third-party rights, interference with system security or operation, malware, unauthorised access or any other activity that violates applicable law.
12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
The website may use or link to third-party services.
Those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
ECOSMOS does not control independent third parties and is not liable for their acts beyond the extent required by applicable law.
13. PERSONAL DATA
Processing of personal data is governed by the current ECOSMOS Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Any permitted limitation applies only to the extent allowed by applicable law and does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
15. EVENTS OUTSIDE REASONABLE CONTROL
Delays or inability to perform caused by events outside reasonable control are assessed in accordance with applicable law.
This provision does not remove rights that the law mandatorily grants to the customer.
16. CHANGES TO THE TERMS
These terms may be updated for operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
The version applicable to a transaction is the version available at the time of the transaction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
17. APPLICABLE LAW AND MANDATORY CONSUMER PROTECTION
These terms are governed by Greek law.
This choice does not have the effect of depriving a consumer of protection granted by mandatory provisions that would apply regardless of the choice of law.
18. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
For complaints or disputes, the customer may first contact ECOSMOS at admin@ecosmos.store.
Where provided by applicable law, the consumer may also refer the matter to a competent alternative dispute resolution body.
19. SEVERABILITY
If a particular provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in force to the extent permitted by applicable law.
